Festooned with balloons, lace and candles, the Ballroom at the Fort Belvoir Officers’ Club was transformed for the Wedding Show and Bridal Fair, Saturday. The annual event brings parents and couples to the show in search of the latest bridal fashions, as well as a chance to visit with nearly 50 vendors, offering catering, honeymoon lodging, photography, hair and makeup, and event rentals. A buffet provided samplings of the meals and desserts available through the Officers’ Club catering team.
The highlight of the afternoon was a fashion show of the latest in bridal gowns and bridesmaid looks courtesy of Labella Bridal Boutique of Occoquan, while Gold Boot Entertainment brought the beats and narration for models to strut the runway.
